Empowering Educators and Learners (EELs) Events Showcase - Ireland

This year, we hosted two successful EELs events aimed at advancing entrepreneurship education.

June 25th - Momentum Offices:
A small-scale gathering with 6 educators and 10 students focused on exploring the EELs project. Though no photos were taken, the event offered valuable discussions in an intimate setting.

September 17th - Kilbride Community Centre, Roscommon, Ireland:
A larger-scale event brought together over 68 young people and 17 educators. The day featured a dynamic Rural Youth Assembly alongside the EELs Lab, fostering engaging activities, impactful speakers, and thoughtful discussions.

Key Highlights from Participant Feedback:

  • 93% of attendees were either "very satisfied" or "satisfied" with the event.
  • 100% were satisfied with the activities and gained a clear understanding of the EELs project's importance in entrepreneurship education.
  • 90% expressed interest in using EELs resources in their classes or recommending them to colleagues.

Improvement Opportunities: Better signage and dedicated parking areas were suggested for future events.

These events reflect the growing enthusiasm for innovative approaches in entrepreneurship education and the impact of the EELs initiative.
