Hi Liam! I started by researching my local market to find a gap. It helped me identify where I could provide value and start small!
For me, networking was key. I reached out to local entrepreneurs and mentors who gave me great insights into common mistakes to avoid.
One piece of advice I got early on was to develop a strong personal pitch. It made it easier to explain my business idea and attract support.
I second that! Being able to clearly articulate your vision is important. I also recommend working on a basic business plan early.
