On Oct. 4th and 5th, two Experiential Entrepreneurship Labs (EELs) have been held in Halle (Saale), Germany. These labs were held on consecutive days, each involving distinct groups of young learners, ensuring diverse participation. A total of 57 young participants engaged in these dynamic sessions, designed to inspire creativity, foster entrepreneurial thinking, and empower youth to turn ideas into actionable solutions. The EEL Labs commenced with a presentation about the EELs project, providing an overview of its objectives and achievements. This included showcasing the innovative resources developed as part of the initiative, such as the Experiential Entrepreneurship Learning methodologies and tools, which aim to equip educators and young people with the means to enhance entrepreneurial competences through hands-on, interactive activities.

Following the presentation, participants delved into the practical implementation of experiential entrepreneurship learning methodologies and tools. This phase emphasized real-world problem-solving, encouraging participants to identify opportunities and collaboratively develop innovative solutions. By engaging with these methodologies, young people honed critical skills such as creativity, teamwork, and adaptability—key competences for entrepreneurial success.

The event further included business model development sessions, where participants worked in groups to refine their ideas into structured, viable business concepts. These sessions provided an interactive platform for young people to explore essential elements of business planning, such as value proposition, customer segmentation, and revenue streams. Participants were guided by mentors, fostering a supportive and engaging environment. The culmination of the labs was the pitch sessions, where participants presented their business models to a panel of experts and peers. This component simulated real-world entrepreneurial scenarios, helping participants develop their presentation skills, build confidence, and receive valuable feedback on their ideas. The pitch sessions also highlighted the creativity and potential of young minds when given the tools and guidance to innovate.
